About Laura Genovese

Laura Genovese, an affiliate consultant with Fortify Leadership Group, partners with growth-oriented, change-agent organizations that are working to enhance or create something stellar. By focusing on being strategic and intentional with processes and decisions, Laura works with organizations to help them identify areas of growth, opportunities for enhancements and ways to build connection with their goals and visions. In addition to consulting, Laura also provides coaching support for professionals by honing in on those same strategies of being strategic and intentional with personal processes and decisions. 

Laura received her B.A. in Communication from George Mason University and holds her Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification through the American Society of Association Executives. Laura is currently working to obtain her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through the International Coaching Federation.
