Contract

The coach and client discuss the individual needs and focus on goals the client wishes to pursue and create a coaching plan. Assessments may be used to increase self-awareness of the client’s natural working style.

Commitment

The client commits to working on targeted goals to produce specific, measurable outcomes within a defined timeline.

Coaching

The client and coach meet regularly to review progress against plan, resources to support growth, and upcoming opportunities to work on targeted goals.

At the end of the designated duration of a coaching engagement, 
the client and coach review goals to recognize achievements and identify remaining opportunities.

A typical coaching engagement lasts 6 months and can be tailored to your specific needs.
